Ultra-premium beverages are the Luxury goods of the beverage industry and as such we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer, Analytics, and Business Insights Director to join our global company. The Director of Insights and Analytics plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives within the organization. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of data analysis, interpretation, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guide business strategies, optimize operational processes, and enhance overall performance.. This is a key leadership role that will shape and drive our Americas efforts, influence the future success of the organization, and build a legacy that will be the envy of the industry. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Lead a team of analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to uncover actionable insights. Use statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide thought leadership on leveraging data to drive business growth, process improvements, and innovation.
- Data Integrity and Governance: Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy by establishing and maintaining data governance processes. Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance. VIP and NABCA accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand their analytical needs and provide support for data-driven projects. Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and other teams to optimize strategies and drive growth.
- Technology and Tools: Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics tools, techniques, and technologies. Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate tools and technologies to enhance the analytics capabilities of the team.
- Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and growth.
- Insights Delivery: Present clear and concise insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to effectively communicate data-driven insights.

Required Skills/Competencies:

- Leadership experience managing a team of people required, with demonstrated success in building talent including promotions of team.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a team of analysts.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and demonstrated excellence in PowerPoint building skills used for presentations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within a data analytics or business intelligence function.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and complete assignments with accuracy and within established time frames

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive computer usage for administrative work
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Requires frequent travel by air and auto to visit accounts and markets
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Moderate demands for movement and lifting
- Infrequent travel to customer sites is required. Travel will be <20%.
- Work location is performed in a typical field environment or home office with frequent visits to headquarter office for meetings
SENIOR TITLE REQUIREMENTS: 3- 5 years of consistent high-level performance and mastery within current role.
