About the position:
The People Services Analyst will take on responsibility for a range of activities that support the HR team and employees throughout their work journey. This role is instrumental in supporting the HR organization as an “employee centric” service delivery organization.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and troubleshoot Workday-related issues
- Identify and implement process improvements related to the employee journey
- Employee files and records in HRIS (Workday)
- Work on HR operations and data projects
- Employment verifications
- New hire onboarding (I-9 documentation) and background checks, also for international transfers
- Job changes in Workday
- Offboarding (including conducting exit interviews)
- Support tasks spanning the full employee journey, including:
- Generate and review standard reports, such as staff change reports for the Payroll team
- Enter and maintain data in Workday
- Ensure strong collaboration with the global HR Operations team, local HR Specialists and HR Business Partners, Tech, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Experience with E-Verify is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and (verbal and written) communication skills
- Detail-oriented and service-oriented
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or as HR Generalist/Analyst
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially in Excel
- Experience with Workday is required
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
