Job Summary

A Scheduler is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in the Panama City, FL area. This position will perform as-built schedule analysis for contractor requests for equitable adjustment and claims to determine impact on construction schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clearly identify activity sequence and contract milestones, predict completion dates, and provide an accurate as-built record of the project's progress from NTP to final acceptance.
• Scheduling filtering, sorting, producing and analyzing project schedule reports utilizing the latest version of Primavera.
• Assess the reasonableness of the proposed schedule durations, cost loading, activity coding and work breakdown structure. Participate in all monthly schedule review meetings with the ACO and contractor to review/analyze progress.
• Perform schedule impact analysis for modifications; producing schedule impact analysis for modifications; producing schedule fragnets for inclusion in change order documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience level: Experienced
