Who should apply?

We’re looking to hire people with the capability to become future leaders for Parallel, as our business continues to expand its global reach.

• You should have a minimum of 2+ years of building a client/candidate book from scratch.

• You should have mentoring/managerial experience of recruiters and be able to oversee processes that result in revenue for the company. You should also be aware of different state legislation.

• A strong background of face-to-face client and candidate business development

• The drive and tenacity to quickly establish yourself as a future leader in our US expansion plans.
