We are currently looking to hire individuals for an on-site Internal Sales position.

Responsibilities and Commitments:

• Sourcing candidates by warm leads and cold calling, via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
• Build relationships with educational professionals and manage their work assignments.
• Post our client's jobs on our platforms.

The ideal candidate:

• Ability to bring culture into the company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is favorable.
• Bachelors Degree or higher is strongly preferred.
• Strong drive to learn, grow and succeed.
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.

Further Details:

• Flex schedule 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Benefits, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and much more.
• Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
• Paid the start of the first day of training.
• This is an on-site position. Applicants must come into our Tampa, FL office
• Competitive salary PLUS uncapped commissions.
