JOB SUMMARY


Currently seeking a Job Scheduler to join our team! Duties include working with coordinators, managers, and installers to schedule jobs, scheduling repairs, and reviewing installation billing.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Help in warehouse as needed
  • Bring on new crews and installers when necessary.
  • To schedule service technicians to complete repairs.
  • Manage service technicians and that they are following company rules and guidelines.
  • Collect weekly payroll from installers and review to make sure it is correct before paid
  • Meet with crews quarterly or more if needed, to discuss quality, safety, payroll ETC.
  • Work directly with GM and VP to ensure jobs are being installed correctly and on time
  • To work between Account Coordinator, Field Managers, and installers to ensure jobs go out on time with the correct qualified crew.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Flooring experience is a plus
  • Professional communication skills
  • Organized and prompt
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
