Job Description
H4 Enterprises a government contracting has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist located in the company headquarters located in Fayetteville North Carolina. This is an entry level position and will perform a variety of a variety of administrative, clerical, and office support duties ranging from preparation of documents and reports, composition of memos and letters, using office technology, compiling records, organizing, and maintaining files, posting information, answering telephones, and greeting, screening and referring, assisting visitors, clients, staff, and others, mail distribution, and photocopying. Additionally, this position will serve as the serve as the primary staff assistant to company's executive management.


Qualifications/Skills


  • Ability to learn new computer applications to meet unique work needs.
  • The computer skills needed to select, and fully apply features of a variety of Microsoft Software applications in WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
  • The necessary skills needed to use a variety of office equipment information systems - telephone, computer with standard software, fax, copier, etc.)
  • Ability to gather readily available information from office records to draft e-mails, memos, and other documents. Proofreads documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic formatting.
  • Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to type forty words a minute.
  • Skills needed to coordinate tasks and independently establish priorities in response to workflow of the office or work unit.
  • Ability to interpret administrative instructions to answer recurring questions.


Education Requirements


An associate degree in business, secretarial science or related field or HS and two years of administrative staff work experience.
