Acquisition Associate Jobs

Focused Home Buyers is growing our team! We are hiring an Acquisitions Associate to partner with clients to drive revenue, communicate with clients, and learn and earn in Real Estate. This role is a balance of individual work within a highly collaborative team. You will be working directly with property owners who are looking to sell, and negotiating the most profitable deal that also solves the sellers problem. We are looking to acquire property so you will learn a lot more about sales, acquisitions, real estate investing and underwriting.

We are currently marketing and investing in properties in Texas and Florida. We’re a company that focuses on Real Estate Investment in both Single Family and Vacant Land assets. The majority of our business is built around finding, acquiring, and disposing under-valued properties for a profit. We also hold many in our own portfolio using strategies like seller finance, subject to, novations and more. (You will learn the structure of these deals and negotiation strategies as part of the team).

This is a commission only job that will give you the potential to earn $5-10K+ per month in your first year. This role at Focused will amplify your career. What you’ll do

As an Acquisitions Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Communicating information to Sales Manager and Acquisitions team
• Answer emails, calls, and texts in a timely manner.
• Setting phone/zoom appointments for team members
• Complete training videos and attend ongoing sales trainings
• Cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with customers.
• Updating and managing Follow Ups inside of CRM
• Answer customer questions over the phone.
• Converting Seller Leads into Signed Contracts
• Following up with Seller Leads Over the phone
• Make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Occasionally go to on-site appointments (if you're local)
