Position Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Location: North America

The Opportunity:
At IPL our people are the most important resource. We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, direct sourcing, talent mapping and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. This role will cover North America and Canada.
Overview of Key Duties:
- As an Ambassador of the IPL brand and role model of our values, you will play a key role in leading IPL employer branding efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with Managers to understand their departments hiring needs and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain talent.
- Partner and influence managers and drive innovative recruiting strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to local HR and Managers regarding recruitment best practices.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, direct sourcing, and execute innovative strategies to find key talent
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of HR software (ATS), Microsoft Office, and management systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills will enable you to be a key partner to the business.
- A passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment with a thorough knowledge of direct sourcing methods, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
