Position Overview:

As an IOS Acquisition Associate at Adana Capital, you will work directly with the principals and receive significant training and guidance to gain experience across all parts of the acquisition and development cycle. We are looking for a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to learn and excel in the transportation and logistics segment of institutional real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing: Proactively source new IOS investment opportunities through a combination of cold and warm outreach to industry professionals, brokers, and potential sellers.
• Market Exploration: Travel monthly to various markets alongside our principals to establish and develop relationships with tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and build relationships.
• Strong inclination as a self-starter and the ability to excel in a less structured, small team environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or brokerage, with a preference for candidates with commercial real estate exposure (though not mandatory).
