Manager Of Land Acquisition

We're looking for an experienced land acquisition manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly into the Head of Development - you will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships to achieve land acquisition goals across the country, including for solar, solar and storage, and standalone storage projects. You will develop a real estate strategy that maximizes the scale and number of greenfield projects across the Development team.

You will:

• Work with internal and external geo-analytics experts to improve initial site selection in each Development market. Create a training program for internal teams and land partners to optimize prospective site control conversion
• Refine the landowner outreach and marketing approach for every market
• Manage data sets and customer relationship management platform to track leads.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of working experience in renewable energy land acquisition or real estate development work. A bachelor's degree focused on energy, real estate, business, or marketing is a plus. A real estate license is also a plus.
