Accounts Receivable Associate Jobs

Loloi Rugs is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Accounts Receivable Associate based full-time at our Dallas, TX headquarters. The ideal candidate should be detail and task-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask. Prior experience promoting and maintaining accuracy, overseeing and processing incoming payments, and ensuring incoming revenue is secured properly through accurate verification and posting of receipts.

Responsibilities:

· Processing invoices for all customers

• Analyze customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions
• Process customer sales, consignments, and credit memos
• Other duties as assigned
• Post customer payments by recording cash, wire, ACH, checks, and credit card transactions
• Assist with the collection of past due accounts
• Reconcile end-of-month receivables
• Answering phone calls, emails, and customer account inquiries
• Order Release Acknowledgement

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized while completing repetitive tasks
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills and presentation

Requirements:

• 2 years of prior experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
