Overview Employee Relations Partners are responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of employee relations issues. They are responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees and managers, and for providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters. Detailed Job Description Employee Relations Partners are responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of employee relations issues. They are responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees and managers, and for providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters. They are also responsible for conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and other employee relations issues. They must be able to identify and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
• Ability to analyze and interpret data

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations best practices
• Knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field
• Experience conducting investigations into employee complaints and grievances
• Experience developing and implementing employee relations programs
• Experience providing guidance and support to employees and managers
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers
• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters
• Investigate employee complaints, grievances, and other employee relations issues
• Identify and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
• Develop and implement employee relations programs
• Monitor and evaluate employee relations programs
• Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
