Coordinates information with other ER team members to ensure compliance with federal state and local requirements
Assists with coordination and delivery of training for managers

They are also responsible for conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and other employee relations issues. They must be able to identify and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)

• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations best practices
• Knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field
