They must be able to identify and diagnose technical problems and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of networking and internet technologies
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers and other team members
