Job Description

One of our client’s in San Francisco, CA is looking for a IT Technical Support Specialist.



Title: IT Technical Support Specialist

Hourly: Open

Location: San Francisco, CA



Scope:

We have a customer who is looking for immediate Staff Aug assistance in South San Francisco. Onsite 2 days/week, with up to 4 days/week in the future. Below are the details.



Responsibilities:

  • General experienced systems administrative role (of various tasks)
  • Imaging of Laptops and configuration
  • VMware vSphere infrastructure upgrades
  • Hardware & Software support and troubleshoot
  • Laptop configuration/new hires - Mac shop



Required Qualifications:

  • CompTIA or relevant certifications is a plus
  • Must be local to San Francisco or nearby to work onsite
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of above skills mentioned in the responsibilities section
