Overview The Sales Operations Proposal Analyst is responsible for providing support to the sales team in the development and execution of sales proposals. This includes researching and analyzing customer requirements, developing proposal outlines, and creating compelling presentations. The Sales Operations Proposal Analyst must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process. Detailed Job Description The Sales Operations Proposal Analyst is responsible for providing support to the sales team in the development and execution of sales proposals. This includes researching and analyzing customer requirements, developing proposal outlines, and creating compelling presentations. The Sales Operations Proposal Analyst must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.The Sales Operations Proposal Analyst will be responsible for:
• Researching customer requirements and developing proposal outlines
• Creating compelling presentations and documents to support sales proposals
• Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Assisting with the negotiation of contracts
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the successful execution of sales proposals
Job Skills Required

• Ability to analyze customer feedback and make recommendations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of the sales process
• Knowledge of customer requirements and proposal outlines
• Knowledge of presentation and document creation
• Knowledge of customer feedback analysis and recommendations
• Knowledge of contract negotiation
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with customers
