Overview A Retail Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with retail customers. They are responsible for ensuring that the customer’s needs are met and that the customer is satisfied with the products and services they receive. They must be able to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships. Detailed Job Description A Retail Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with retail customers. They must be able to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships. They must be able to analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to negotiate contracts and pricing with customers. They must be able to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty. They must be able to provide customer service and support. They must be able to manage customer accounts and ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
