Job Description
We are looking to add a Senior Retail Account Manager at Pura. The right candidate would describe themselves as someone who is goal/quota oriented, a strategic thinker, organized, a self-starter, extremely well versed in retail growth strategies and execution, customer-centric, a great communicator, and a cross-team collaborator.


Our team owns the retail revenue number for the company which is derived from growth within existing retailer accounts and incremental revenue from new retail accounts. We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager to join the team and create best-in-class experiences for our retail partners.


What you’ll own:


In this high-impact role, you will:


  • The formulation and execution of marketing, merchandising and distribution strategies across all owned retail partners
  • Device unit volume through owned retail partners
  • Oversees the PnL for all owned retail partners
  • Retail revenue for owned retail partners
  • Oversee the onboarding of new owned retail partners to ensure Pura can meet all compliance requirements
  • Fragrance unit volume through owned retail partners


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrates success implementing marketing, merchandising and distribution strategies for large scale retail partners
  • 7+ years retail account management experience
  • Demonstrates consistency around hitting PnL / margin goals for all owned retail partners
  • Strong understanding of new retailer onboarding processes
  • Demonstrates consistency in attaining revenue goals within their book of business
  • Proven ability to implement omni-channel distribution strategies for large scale retail partners
  • Strong negotiation skills around sales terms, promotional budget and media budget planning with large scale retail partners
