They are responsible for monitoring customer service inquiries, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues. Detailed Job Description The Remote Customer Service Monitoring Representative is responsible for providing customer service support to customers via phone, email, and chat. They are responsible for monitoring customer service inquiries, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues. The Remote Customer Service Monitoring Representative must be able to effectively communicate with customers, understand customer needs, and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
