As a key member of our remote workforce, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and providers receive the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in effective communication with third parties, clients, and providers, adhering to standard process documentation.
Independently execute transactions, including data entry and information retrieval from group-specific systems.
Handle incoming calls from Providers, Medicaid clients, and Third Parties, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Verify and update insurance coverage information.
Interact with Medicaid clients to discuss insurance coverage and Program benefits.
Respond promptly to various requests for information.
Escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary.
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and methods.
Strive to meet performance goals and objectives.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
