Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a MANUFACTURING RECRUITING COORDINATOR in Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities of a MANUFACTURING RECRUITING COORDINATOR includes:.

• Any other duties as assigned
• Responsible for communicating openings to the public through job postings, job fairs, social media and job boards
• Enter new hire information in the company system
• Research and maintain good working relationships with clients, employees, community partners etc.
• Handle full cycle onboarding of new hires ( to include screening, testing, interviewing, orientating and processing paperwork)
• Build applicant pool by working with community services, colleges, employment agencies, and using social media sites
• Ensure a high level of customer service
• Load all required new hire paperwork into the company system
• Send a daily summary of staffing activity to leadership
• Responsible for filling open positions with temporary associates
• Train new employees during orientation on policies
• Communicate results of recruiting event to leadership
• Build and manage relationships with staffing partners

Experience And Education Of a MANUFACTURING RECRUITING COORDINATOR

• Computer skills - Microsoft Office ( Excel basics proficiency) and Outlook
• Team player & Open minded

• 2- or 4-year degree ( Marketing/Business/HR) preferred
• 2 Years of work experience in a HR/ Recruiting position ( preferably manufacturing-automotive)
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Resilient to pressure -Reliable & trustworthy
• Proficiency in English
