Develop and concurrently manage multiple HR programs, policies and processes that support Aidoc’s employees throughout the employee lifecycle.

Manage onboarding activities in partnership with talent acquisition, provide operational support for recruitment processes.

Coaching and mentoring at all management levels for continued performance development.

Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.

5-8 years of HR Generalist experience.

Strong knowledge of applicable laws & regulations.

The estimated salary for the role is $75,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance and IT, to ensure HR data integrity and system integration

High EQ and strong people skills

Implement and manage the performance review process, onboarding, management training, compensation bands, HRIS system (including running payroll), and employee benefits.

5+ years of people operations management experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup.

Develop resources and standards around employee counseling and engagement, performance management, and policies.

Create and manage resources related to people, such as offer letters, PIIAs, NDAs, salary adjustment requests, and internal transfer requests.

Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to senior executives.

Minimum B.S. in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

Collaborate with our Global People Team to execute programs, processes and standardization that allows for a seamless employee experience
