Legal Marketing Coordinator Jobs

Wolf Global is seeking a marketing or PR professional to support the firm’s business development and recruiting initiatives.This is a part-time or contract position, with the opportunity for permanent placement.Agencies and independent contractors are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have previously handled marketing, public relations, or business development for a top tier global investigations firm, a global law firm, or a global management consulting firm.

Responsibilities

Everything you do will be directed toward advancing the firm’s business development and recruiting initiatives.

1. You will develop communications directed toward clients and media around the world, including in New York, Washington, Miami, Dallas, Houston, London, Dubai, and Singapore.
2. You will develop or manage the development of marketing materials, including graphics and limited content for LinkedIn, website copy, brochures, decks, practice descriptions, and biographies.
3. You will identify speaking opportunities, in the U.S. and internationally, across an array of industries, respond to calls for speakers, and proactively contact conference organizers to secure speaking engagements.
4. You will contact journalists, producers, and bookers, and help them understand how the firm’s professionals can provide insight, analysis, or expertise to the important stories they are covering.

Qualifications

1. You must have an understanding of the global investigations consulting industry and the global legal industry.
2. You must have experience creating or overseeing the creation of firm marketing content, including copywriting and storytelling.
3. You should have experience identifying and proposing speaking opportunities and engagements.
4. A presence in New York, Washington, Dallas, Houston, Miami, or London is preferred.
