In this position you will join a team and be able to:


  • Assist with managing the LMS, including uploading recorded class content, training materials, assignments, attendance data, scheduling and running reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Leverage and manage internal and external resources, updating contact information and terms.
  • Assisting in managing the learning calendar, communicating, and coordinating training sessions that include a wide range of topics for both corporate and property level team members.
  • Draft effective communications, sending training reminders prior to the start of classes and onboarding sessions.
  • Provide training support to other departments such as coordinating and calendaring learning programs; provide aid in Microsoft Teams to colleagues.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training curricula, materials, and resources.
  • Occasional travel to host in-person, live onboarding classes with company new hires or to facilitate 100-200-person group conferences.
  • Assess and evaluate learning and development programs to measure effectiveness to make continuous improvements.
  • Organize, create, and communicate learning opportunities with an overview of impactful strategies by company-wide email and SharePoint training calendar.
  • Create engaging and knowledgeable training content delivered as in-person sessions, live sessions via Microsoft Teams, and recorded training for the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Complete special projects for the department and overall corporate engagement to include event planning and coordination.
  • Support the overall operations of the department by timely responding to training's Help Desk Tickets; assist learners, including resetting passwords and activating or deactivating credentials as needed.
  • Plan and deliver quality training one-on-one, small group, and large group sessions, professionally engaging the audience to foster and support a continuous learning environment.
  • Build templates, assessments, checklists and outlines to support department training initiatives to be used during on-the-job activities.
  • Audit training materials for accuracy and relevance. Update materials as needed.
  • Contribute to increasing team member knowledge related to residential property management policies and procedures by designing, developing, and rolling out training initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with various departments and teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain training-related data and provide insights to leadership on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and patterns.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:


  • Prior instructional design experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Yardi, ResMan, and/or OneSite, or a combination preferred.
  • Self-motivated to manage work priorities and work schedule remotely.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Property management or hospitality experience of 2+ years preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and change focus quickly.
  • Positive attitude, contributing to an engaging environment.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior LMS management experience is a plus.
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong follow-up skills, manages projects while balancing priorities effectively.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
