- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor or advanced degree in business, O&D, training and development, coaching, instructional design or equivalent job experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience facilitating classroom training (virtual or in person) in a corporate setting
- Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies, and practices in the learning and development field and sharing across the organization preferred
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time (if remote outside of Atlanta, must be able to travel up to 20% of the time)
