Delta Global Leadership, Learning & Development (GLLD) team, the central hub for employee leadership, learning and development, is seeking a Learning Delivery Leader (Facilitator) to support the organization’s growing demand and commitment to developing and growing Delta’s talent pipeline. We leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support Delta employees at all stages of their careers — from new hire, to individual contributor, to leadership development, and more. The Learning Delivery Leader will provide high-quality facilitation of our L365 foundational leadership development program, coaching and assist in the execution of the leadership development strategy, change management and consulting for other programs, all levels of the organization from intact teams, first time and new leaders to senior executives.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)


  • Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Provide performance consultation, including performance support and continuous learning approaches
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
  • Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Ability to self-review and meet rigorous quality standards preferred
  • Skilled at making recommendations for enhancements/improvements. May lead projects to implement recommended enhancements.
  • Experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate training in a classroom environment
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)


  • Bachelor or advanced degree in business, O&D, training and development, coaching, instructional design or equivalent job experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating classroom training (virtual or in person) in a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies, and practices in the learning and development field and sharing across the organization preferred
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time (if remote outside of Atlanta, must be able to travel up to 20% of the time)
