You will support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills.

You have at least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership

You have working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.

You are able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment

You will recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools.

You will conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content.

5+ years working with Learning Management Systems (posting, reporting and managing administration for educational offerings). 8+ years of professional experience

Manage and administer the Learning Management System, including tracking of class course offerings, attendance, completion, and issuance of CPE certificates

Assist with the creation and monitoring of firm training performance metrics by compiling data from the Learning Management System

Understand CPE or certificate requirements for subjects designated by the Managing Partner of Client Experiences

Professional Services experience in accounting/finance is required

Conversant with NASBA and state board of accountancy continuing professional education requirements

Specialization in Reading and Math content and/or relevant topics related to education

Experience working with Title I students a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Active and valid teaching certificate preferred

Flexibility with workshop scheduling, location (weekdays, weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends), and delivery (webinars, coaching, workshops)

Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers & parents

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

Evaluates data and organizational needs to identify learning and development issues. Works with the department management

Develops/Conducts training including both group facilitation as well as individual coaching to mitigate skill gaps.

Creates, maintains, and manages small to medium training project plans.

Designs and maintains course curriculum and skill checks.

Manages the learning environment for classroom setup, systems setup, course materials, media, and on-line learning.

Management experience - you know the job because you’ve done it yourself

Curriculum and program design experience, specifically designing Manager and Leadership programs for tech audiences

Excellent communication skills, with experience marketing and branding learning initiatives

This person will design learning experiences, facilitate workshops and offsites

Facilitate learning experiences with innovation and creativity at the forefront

10+ years of experience facilitating workshops, offsites and courses

You are passionate about supporting educators to successfully teach the EL Education K-8 Language Arts curriculum.

Occasional opportunities to co-facilitate in-person workshops with other experienced educators.

A limited contract from June 2023 to September 2023 to deliver in-person workshops on the EL Education K-8 Language Arts Curriculum.
