We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Learning & Development Facilitator to join our team and help us achieve our vision to connect America. This individual will have a passion for facilitating both in-person and virtual instructor-led programs throughout the enterprise. In addition, the facilitator may support one or more phases of the curriculum design process for leadership development programs.


What You Will Do...


  • You will assist in the implementation and communication of organizational change initiatives.
  • You will support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills.
  • You will support the execution of the company’s learning and development strategy in partnership with stakeholders, including business leaders and subsidiary Human Resources leaders.
  • You will deliver training materials to various levels of leaders through a variety of methods to aid in developing crucial job and soft skills.
  • You will recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools.
  • You will evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • You will conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content.
  • You will conduct ongoing audits to leadership development materials to ensure they are effective and meet the overall needs of the company.


Who We Are Looking For…


  • You have commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues, independent advisors, and key stakeholders
  • You have the ability to create an inclusive learning environment and adjust based on audience learning needs
  • You are able to travel domestically as required
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in business, human resources, learning and development, or a related field
  • You have a high degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Suites
  • You are able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • You have working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.
  • You have at least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership
