Overview
- You will assist in the implementation and communication of organizational change initiatives.
- You will support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills.
- You will support the execution of the company’s learning and development strategy in partnership with stakeholders, including business leaders and subsidiary Human Resources leaders.
- You will deliver training materials to various levels of leaders through a variety of methods to aid in developing crucial job and soft skills.
- You will recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools.
- You will evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- You will conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content.
- You will conduct ongoing audits to leadership development materials to ensure they are effective and meet the overall needs of the company.
- You have commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues, independent advisors, and key stakeholders
- You have the ability to create an inclusive learning environment and adjust based on audience learning needs
- You are able to travel domestically as required
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in business, human resources, learning and development, or a related field
- You have a high degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Suites
- You are able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment
- You have working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.
- You have at least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership
