Monitor the completion of performance appraisal reports, provide status reports to management, and compile and distribute reports

Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as benefits, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance evaluation
Advise managers on a compliance within applicable federal programs, legalities and applicability. Provide guidance on policies, procedures and processes
