Job Description

Overview / Objective

The Senior Coordinator, Talent Management & Events will provide overall support to the NFL Media Talent Management Department. This includes administrative tasks, scheduling, and other projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Producers on daily hair, make-up, and wardrobe call times; input into Media Pulse (scheduling software)
  • Provide backup support for Sr Manager working in the Talent Management Department; including oversight of H/M/W operations, talent questions, schedules, specific requests from talent and producers; handling travel arrangements, logistics, requests from producers, liaison for Content group.
  • Assist with the preparation of key NFL Media events and initiatives such as NFL Training Camp, Super Bowl, NFL Draft, Talent Summit and Broadcast Bootcamp. Including logistics & planning, ensuring all Talent needs are met such as travel, accommodations, event details, etc.
  • Responsible for scheduling hair, make-up, and wardrobe staff members; this includes having an understanding of how we schedule the teams by cross-referencing the scheduling grid of needs, the Talent Calendar, as well as managing availability of staff
  • Assist Sr. Manager, Talent Operations with the management of Agent inquiries and requests, including responding in a timely manner and following up, as necessary.
  • Act as a first point of contact in scheduling meetings between On-Air Talent, Agents, and VP of Talent Management
  • Assist with the submission of invoices and expenses for the department including approving P-Card expenses and coding in the system
  • Other special projects as assigned
  • Assist Sr. Manager, Talent Operations with management of requests for Talent from other departments within the NFL including marketing, publicly, football operations, etc. Facilitate the number of Talent needed as well as logistical needs, including date, timing, etc.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

  • 3-5 years applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within entertainment or sports industry preferred.
