Job Description


JOB TITLE: Talent Coordinator


JOB LOCATION: Remote


WAGE RANGE*: $25-30/hr
JOB NUMBER: 23-01132

We are in search of a Recruiting Coordinator who is customer-service oriented and organized. You will support the talent acquisition process and report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition ( "TA). You will be an important member of the team while partnering with other colleagues in Human Resources ( "HR). You will collaborate with the recruiting team and will ensure a great candidate experience. As an important part of the TA team, you will help evolve the onboarding process and gain exposure to our internship program!
Skills
  • Prepare contracts and agreements for agencies and third-party partnerships in collaboration with the Legal team.
  • Welcome new hires and schedule them for onboarding.
  • Support campus recruiting efforts by enrolling in career fairs and shipping career fair supplies to campus.
  • Follow-up on pending job requisitions to ensure they are approved on time and move through the system workflow quickly to posting.
  • Assist Sr Talent Acquisition Manager with invoice process and ensure vendors are set up and paid on time.
  • Assist hiring managers and recruiters in making job postings more attractive and on-brand; collaborate with Senior Employer Branding & Talent Specialist.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment needs by opening requisitions, scheduling intake calls with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and debriefing sessions.
  • Coordinate the pre-employment screening process and ensure candidates are moving along, escalating issues to Sr. TA Manager.
  • Coordinate, and follow-up on travel arrangements for candidates.
Qualifications
  • Consistent ability to follow through on commitments, delivery of work, and perform tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust and credibility
  • Great technical experience. HRIS experience preferred (Workday a huge plus)
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-driven and work as a team.
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets))
  • Customer-service oriented and great organizational skills
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
