Talent Management Specialist


Are you a passionate, detail-oriented and driven Talent Management Specialist that likes to be involved in a wide spectrum of talent management processes and programs across a complex global matrix organization? Join our team!


In this role you will support the Talent Management team of Danaher, enabling the design, improvement, coordination and implementation of programs connected to Talent Assessments, Succession planning, Talent Pipeline management, performance management, etc.


In this role your focus will be on:


Support the execution of Annual Associate Enablement processes


  • Act as go-to-person for these processes, mobilize resources in the business as required and provide guidance, direction and support, to enable them to drive execution in their business.
  • Support the execution of the annual Performance Management Cycle and Engagement Cycle enterprise wide. Maintain annual Talent Process Calendar & Action Plans, deliver training sessions, maintain materials.
  • Tracks impact of initiatives and collects Voice of Customer as input for continuous improvement. Analyzes data and generates insights with regards to usage, effectiveness and quality of the cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to make annual cycles more efficient and effective for associates, people leaders and HR.


Support execution excellence across all talent strategies, existing and new by


  • Lead the Danaher Talent Champion Network calls, as a channel to share information and drive quality of processes via best practice sharing. Identify best practices, determine meeting agendas, assign speakers and storytellers, organize and facilitate the meetings (including face to face events when applicable).
  • Act as Site Admin for Talent Network site and Danaher Connect, ensuring easy to navigate framework and “one-stop shopping” for information. Maintain Talent Management email inbox.


Acts as Workday Process Owner delegate for Talent Management team


  • Act as TM delegate in kaizen events as required, to create the connection between TM processes and Workday functionality.
  • Implement new functionalities per functional specifications of process owners and cross-functional teams; work with Solution Architect to further research, design, build and test based upon functional specs. Support the implementation (go-live) of new functionalities.
  • Investigate latest functionalities in Workday in partnership with the Workday Solution Architect. Benchmark with other organizations and bring forward ideas. Build annual TM Workday enhancements roadmap.


Provide Actionable Org & Talent Intelligence through Insights & DBS Rigor


  • Analyze data, assess trends, generate insights together with process owner and bring input for better decision making.
  • Maintain bowlers and KPIs – create monthly updates and assesses barriers with process owners.
  • Work with process owners to coordinate a consistent approach to collecting Voice of Customers to assess impact & effectiveness across multiple programs. Collects VOC and analyzes results.
  • Build new dashboards and reports that support critical topics and will enable Talent Management professionals across all of Danaher to identify problems and track progress.


Deliver generic support for the Talent Management team


  • Adjust and manage fly-ins as required.
  • Coordinate translations efforts across all initiatives. Streamline execution of translation processes as the single point of contact.
  • Own Standard Work templates for training decks, Quick Reference Guides, One-page summaries. Act as gatekeeper to ensure one look & feel across TM processes, guarding our brand. Help create materials.
  • Provide support in daily management activities, dashboards and bowlers per the needs of process owners, helping realize consistency and rigor across the team.
  • Support and enable other Corporate Human Resource and/or enterprise Talent Management projects as needed. Join and lead Special Projects.


Requirements


  • Continuous improvement mindset and experience. Proactive and customer oriented with a problem solving attitude and stress resistance.
  • Evidence of successfully coordinating the execution of annual talent cycles, like performance management and engagement, delivering on timelines, deadlines and within budget for an organization.
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence to quickly build relationships and trust.
  • Bachelor in HR combined with ~5 years of experience in Human Resources roles in multinational, matrix organizations.
  • Strong systems experience, especially in Workday and project management systems. Experienced in data management and delivering data insights.
  • Experience in executing talent management processes at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills (including self-management).


The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.


This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
