Overview A Construction Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the contractual aspects of construction projects. This includes negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the financial aspects of the project. They must also be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project. Detailed Job Description A Construction Contract Administrator is responsible for managing all contractual aspects of construction projects. This includes negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the financial aspects of the project, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project. The Contract Administrator must also be able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. They must also be able to effectively manage the project budget and ensure that all contractual obligations are met. Job Skills Required• Strong negotiation and communication skills
