Job Description
Job Title: Contract Administrator II
Location: 1100 Louisiana, Houston TX 77002
Downtown Parking: No, Parking Expense will NOT be reimbursable to the CW for this position
Pay Range: $35.00- $41.27 per hour (Depended on Experience)
Duration: 6 months (Possible opportunity for extension)
Specific Responsibilities: (Include, but are not limited to)
  • Replacement of legacy RightAngle contract pricing provisions to revised pricing provisions to facilitate new pricing escalation methodology
  • Developing a thorough understanding of long term NGL, Refined Products, Petrochemical, and Y-grade contractual agreements and the input of key data elements into the RightAngle system to facilitate scheduling, booking, invoicing and settlement
  • Special Assignments as assigned by Manager.
  • Complete, accurate and timely testing of new RightAngle pricing provisions, requiring documentation to support testing
  • Professional interactions with Contracts, Accounting, IT and others is key to successful performance.
  • Facilitate control testing to ensure replacement provisions have been updated accurately and integrity of pricing has not been mitigated.
  • Develop thorough understanding of RightAngle pricing provisions
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience with ION RightAngle Commodity Trading and Risk Management system is required. RightAngle version 15 or higher preferred
  • Positive attitude and good team player
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with multiple levels of company and departmental personnel.
