Overview A Client Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients. They are responsible for understanding the client’s needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Detailed Job Description A Client Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients. They must be able to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. They must be able to analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase customer retention. They must be able to develop and implement customer service plans and ensure customer satisfaction. They must be able to provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues. They must be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or account management
