Project manage implementations of new modules

Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered

Maintain your knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills

Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers

3+ years' experience of Workday configuration in modules such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation (required)

THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT: Participates on vendor calls and meetings as necessary.

RISK MANAGEMENT: Documents standard operation procedures (SOPs).

CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Works with Communications and Learning teams to develop tools and resources to support change management.

CONFIGURATION: Responsible for new configuration of business requirements and revision of more complex configuration.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Demonstrate strong relationship management with vendors and stakeholders.

Translate and document non-technical requirements into technical concepts with a comprehensive understanding of HR applications and technical interdependencies.

Synthesize and present Human Resources data to identify trends, data integrity audits, or support workstream requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, or related field preferred

Workday Certification or more than one year of HCM Administrator experience is required.

Report writing and gathering requirements to produce custom reports and dashboards.

Contribute to the design and ongoing support of HR programs and processes for data and/or user experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.

Minimum of three years experience within an HRIS and/or HCM system or operations team.

Customer service-focused, strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience implementing and supporting Workday functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation or Talent Management

Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry knowledge to discover and validate what has real value to the business

Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, data privacy

Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool

Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes

Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed in order to execute projects with quality and on-time

Solid problem solving and time management skills

Experience creating and configuring offer letters and employment agreement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources Management

Experience with Workday HCM modules including Recruiting, Talent, Performance and Compensation.

Experience with all forms of advanced Workday reporting (Matrix, Dashboards, Composite, XSTL) and payroll integration tools like PECI.

Technical knowledge of Workday Report writer, Workday Studio, Workday EIB, custom and calculated fields.
