Job Summary
The Senior Workday Analyst (HCM) will be responsible for daily maintenance, troubleshooting and processing transactions supporting our employee population, the recruiters and HR Business Partners in partnership with Key's strategic third party provider, Alight Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.
  • COLLABORATION WITH PROCESS OWNERS: Determines implementation approach and priorities.
  • ESCALATIONS: Responsible for more complex issues resolution.
  • THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT: Participates on vendor calls and meetings as necessary.
  • DATA INTEGRITY: Performs biweekly audits to ensure integrity of data.
  • RISK MANAGEMENT: Documents standard operation procedures (SOPs).
  • DOMAIN OWNERSHIP: Aligned to one or more domains. Subject matter expert in assigned domains.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
  • CONFIGURATION: Responsible for new configuration of business requirements and revision of more complex configuration.
  • CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Works with Communications and Learning teams to develop tools and resources to support change management.
  • REPORTING: Consults with clients to determine report and dashboard approach and what HR reporting solution best suits their needs. If Workday Reporting is the solution, has the ability to modify or work report admin to build.
  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Drives process improvement including documenting and submitting CRs.

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)

Experience Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience of Workday configuration in modules such as HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation (required)

Tactical Skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures (i.e., Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.)

Physical Demands
  • General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.

Travel
  • Occasional travel to include overnight stay.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
