AECOM has a position available for a Workday Business Analyst Lead to be based in one of any of AECOM's locations in the United States or Canada. This position offers the flexibility to work from a virtual / home location 100% of the time.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Owns AMER regional backlog and prioritization of enhancements and incidents.
  • Collaborates with counterparts in other regions to align on needs and push forward globally aligned and focused changes.
  • Responsible for ensuring Workday security model is configured to meet needs for AMER region.
  • Regional liaison between Workday support model and HR/Business users.
  • Responsible for finding patterns and themes to drive change in our processes and configuration and improve user experience.
  • Experience with Oracle, SharePoint, MS Office
  • Works with Workday technical support team to develop requirements, test configuration, and vet with key regional stakeholders.
  • The Lead will represent business needs and facilitate end user feedback to influence Workday configuration and enable self- service adoption.
  • Workday power user and subject matter expert, research and investigate Workday system issues, gather data to support new enhancements, service requests and incidents.
  • Advanced user of Workday, Service Now
  • Facilitate escalations and issues with Workday service, incident, and enhancement tickets.
  • Research and investigate: Solve complex issues with limited direction, Continually build relationships and share ideas within the Workday Business Analyst team.
  • Continuous understanding of strategic priorities and ability to influence others to stay aligned,
  • Partner with key stakeholders on change management and communication strategies related to Workday enhancements and releases.
  • Consult with end users on needs, provide solutions or develop requirements to create new roles, decommission old roles, or edit existing roles.
  • Partner with other critical teams such as IT and Finance, and represent the AMER region’s needs for enhancements, incidents, and service requests for other existing or new systems that connect to Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence teams and business facing HR teams around Workday process efficiencies, and advocate needs to drive solutions.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with large scale HR systems maintenance (essential).
  • Previous experience working in a multi-HR System environment.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Previous hands-on experience managing Service Now (SNOW) items
  • BA/BS and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Experience using HR Technology within the Workday HCM system; identifying and diagnosing issues, working with stakeholders to develop requirements and deliver enhancement solutions is essential.
  • Relevant experience includes :
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous engagement experience with stakeholders.
  • Previous, demonstrated Project Management experience in this subject matter, certification preferred.
  • Change management experience and understanding of PROSCI methodology.
