Business Sales Development Representative Jobs in Oregon

Experience as an S-W Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager or Store Manager or comparable sales/customer service experience

Sales experience in coatings or related field

Customer service skills including problem solving and handling customer complaints

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone

Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): $100K + annually

Uncapped commission based on performance - many of our representatives made over $100K annually

Schedule meetings for the Account Executive/Management team

Work closely with Account Executive/Management to ensure leads convert to successful Hosts that plan and confirm (sell) multiple trips

Full upper funnel management including drip sequence enrollment

Assume other duties and responsibilities as needed

Skilled at breaking into expansion categories

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Management through Salesforce, cold calling and email to generate new sales leads.

Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

+2 years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding key targets.

Strong phone and email communication skills.

Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills

Experience in professional services business development or sales

Minimum 5 years sales experience

Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved

Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads

Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
