Zoho Implementer (Fully Remote!!)

The Zoho Implementer will take lead on all things Zoho - The CRM, integrations, KPI collecting and administration. This position demands a high level of organization and data presentation skills. We see this role positively impacting multiple departments through streamlining the use of Zoho.

This is a fully-remote, full-time contract position (40 hours per week) that can be conducted from anywhere within 5 hours of GMT+2, central to Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities to expect in this role:

• Develop, customize, and configure Zoho applications to meet business requirements
• Continuously monitor and improve system performance and data quality
• Design and build widgets to be used in Zoho.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing Zoho applications effectively
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
• Implement and manage Zoho application integrations with third-party systems, utilizing API and webhook technology
• Provide administration and support for Zoho applications, including user management, security settings, and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose solutions that leverage Zoho applications
• Keep up-to-date with Zoho product updates, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
• Write and maintain custom scripts using Deluge, Javascript, and Node.js to extend the functionality of Zoho applications

What we're looking for:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Zoho developer certifications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics) are a plus
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards, and understanding of data visualization best practices
• Proficient in SQL, Deluge, Javascript, and Node.js
• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, Administrator, and Implementer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices
