Duties/Responsibilities
- Corresponding with clients regarding case status and non-legal questions involving their cases (ex: what additional documents are needed/case status/etc.).
- Continually monitoring all assigned cases for “red flags” (missing, inaccurate or incomplete documentation, etc.) and reporting them to attorney.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Coordinating with attorneys, other immigration paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure that work is completed prior to deadlines assigned by attorney.
- Contributing to maintaining positive team morale.
- Reviewing supporting documents provided by clients and ensuring that they contain the required information.
- Maintaining a client status list.
- Maintaining an accurate status list of all open matters and continually taking action to move them forward.
- Acting as an ambassador for the mission, values, and standards of behavior for the firm.
- Editing documents provided by client (to be reviewed and approved by attorney).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education & Experience
- Legal experience is NOT required (we will teach you)!
- Bachelor’s degree required (no JD candidates please).
- Must live in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas or Washington.
