What You Will Do:

• Strive to achieve and exceed targets for profit per deal, maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Maintain a strong contract-to-close ratio to ensure the successful completion of real estate transactions.
• Achieve a high appointment-to-contract ratio to effectively convert leads into purchase agreements.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role in CO, CA, and WA is $50,000 - $65,000. Your first-year earnings, including the ramp-up period, can reach an impressive $110,000 - $150,000. As you continue to excel, subsequent years' total earnings may range from $125,000 to $180,000.

Work Environment:

Osborne Homes is based out of California, so this role would be asked to work during PST/PDT hours in a fully remote work setting. Time zones in PT, and MT, are preferred.
