Job Title: Associate Workday Systems Analyst

Position Type: Full Time / Permanent

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 / year + Benefits

Work Location: Remote < 250 miles from Dallas

ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THE ROLE

Medix is currently seeking a Workday Business Process & Security Analyst for an opportunity with one of our top healthcare clients in Dallas. This is an Associate-level position, requiring 2-3 years of experience with Workday (ANY Module). Experience with Workday Business Process Framework (BPF), and Workday Security is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing Workday Security support for role-based and unique security groups - such as intersection, aggregation, and segmented security groups.
• Participating in supporting the Workday ticket queue. Providing investigation, root-cause analysis, triage, and resolution for technical issues
• Working closely with process owners across HR, Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain to support functional areas of the business on ad-hoc needs
• Providing ongoing Workday System support
• Contributing to improvements on operational and system workflows within Workday.
• Working as an Associate Member of a Workday Team to learn and grow in supporting HR, Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain modules

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• Required 2+ years of professional experience in Workday (any Module)
• Required 1-2 years experience with Workday Business Process Framework
• Required Bachelor Degree
• Required experience in Workday Security - Role Based, Segmented, etc
• Workday Pro Certification is highly preferred

Work Location: Primary Remote with some onsite . Candidates must live< 250 miles from Dallas, TX

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 / year
