System Analyst Iii, Workday

The Workday Systems Analyst will assist with maintaining and configuring security roles and permissions across the Workday platform at Chick-fil-A and help to monitor, maintain, and configure integrations across multiple business areas.

Chick-fil-A has a centralized digital employee experience utilizing Workday, which is expanding with the growth of our business ventures. Protecting our data, building sustainable and secure integrations, and unlocking the potential of Workday are the most important functions of our team. This role is responsible for ensuring our partners can access the Workday data they need and build robust integrations that will help us meet our business goals for years to come.

As a Systems Analyst you will work alongside our Security and Integrations Leads and partner with other Workday Leads across all our Workday domains including: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting. This role will partner closely with stakeholders in People, Financial Services, Digital, Legal and external consulting partners.

This role involves lots of problem solving and will need the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
