Analyst Customer Applications Support

Overview:

As an Analyst Customer Application Support, you will be responsible for the system administration and support of Business Applications within SITA’s Customer’s Application Support Team. You will assure SITA’s competitive strength and business growth through the provision of the highest quality technical services to our customers at their premises.

• Training will be provided as part of the employee growth.
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach
• Experience in Jira and Confluence or equivalent is considered as an asset
• Having a valid driving license is consider
• Vendor specific certifications, given preference to Veeam, VMware or similar
• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant secondary education
• Capable of taking responsibility for a task and managing it through completion.
• Manages time and shifting priorities effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of varying and sometimes conflicting business requirements.
• Must be able to support projects on-call including weekends and public holidays (1 week per month)
• Experience analyzing data, identify trends, spot issues and troubleshooting technics.
• Good knowledge of Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for all required duties and work with minimal supervision.
• Good experience in one or more of the following technology stack databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
