As a member of the IT-HR integrations scrum team, the Workday integrations analyst is a crucial resource with strong communication and analytical skills.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced report writing and RaaS configuration.
- XSLT document transformation.
- Core Connectors and EIBs.
- Workday Studio.
- Workday Integration security group configuration.
- OAuth authentication configuration.
- Investigate break/fix incidents and provide production support to ensure successful resolution and documentation of service desk tickets.
- Perform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and interface issues.
- Participate as a developer in an Agile Scrum team.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation.
- Design and develop integrations between Workday, Payroll, Benefits providers, and various HR Boundary systems as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Build productive relationships with the team, including project leaders, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, L&D, and TA project team to understand business requirements and execute them through successful implementation and testing.
- Acute understanding of business systems analysis and how to apply it to complex solutions.
- May conduct research, pilot features and document and prepare recommendations for review.
- Good understanding of Workday Core HCM.
- Provide status against plans and escalates issues.
- Analyze and determine application and interface solutions, and understand Workday application functionality.
- Document configurations for future use and training.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of Workday technical experience developing integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT and EIBs.
Workday functional experience in configuring and debugging business processes, validation rules, calc fields, report writing and system security.
Minimum of 1 year of project lead experience.
Preferably Workday HCM and Integration certified.
Preferred location: DALLAS COE (DALLAS CENTER OF EXCELLENCE) but would consider remote US.
