Role: Workday Finance Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the system is set up to support compliance with company policy, contract requirements, and federal and state payroll regulations
• Conducts ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, correct pay and tax practices
• Assists the Payroll Manager in supporting the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking systems
• Performs testing for software upgrades and other pay practice changes
• Serve as a liaison with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Partnership Resources, IT teams, and other groups on matters pertaining to HR systems
• Acts as the liaison among the stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business requirements regarding the Workday system
• Supports HR technology efforts involving Workday HCMS
• Will serve as a back up to Payroll staff.
• Develops and runs more complex queries and reports
• Stays current with changes in the law
