Workday Analyst Jobs

Agile Premier is looking for an excellent Workday HRIS Analyst responsible for the support and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management system. This position serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert for functional areas within the HCM system, such as Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Security, Business Processes, and Organizational Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leverage resources within Workday community to identify processes to streamline and improve system functionality and usage
• Partner with Culture+People Business Partners, Payroll/Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and functional business leaders to define and develop requirements, re-engineer current processes, and implement new functionality in Workday
• Develops and maintains documentation of HR systems business processes
• The HRIS Analyst also supports HCM upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
• This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing, changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
• Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configuration

Minimum Qualifications:

• The ability to translate business objectives and unmet needs into a clear vision and roadmap, with rigorous requirements, then support the execution of that vision.
• 5+ years of progressive Workday experience. Workday Certification is a plus
• Self-starter, able to drive work forward within an agile environment.
• Significant functional and technical experience in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent and Performance, and Security. Payroll, Benefits, LMS experience desired.
• Project management experience desired
