Job Description

Arnoff Moving and Storage, a family-owned logistics company since 1924, has a Warehouse Admin position in our Malta Warehousing facilities. This is an opportunity to start a new career not just get a job!


Responsibilities and Duties: • Follows all safety procedures and utilizes good safety practices. • Prepares reporting and Tracking tools using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) to record workflow, issues and summarize department statistics • Ensure internal communication of order information within the Department. • Good external communication with the customer and customer representatives. • Good Email etiquette, timely response to requests and follows email chains to determine what if any input is needed. • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task with little supervision. • Updating company systems, as necessary (SAP). • Manually managing inventory using Microsoft Excel. • Creating detail notes within the Warehouse Management System (SAP) for returning items to the customer. • Assemble and ship scrap orders, update systems, as necessary. • Operate powered industrial equipment such as Forklift trucks and electric pallet jacks. • Other duties as directed by management.
