VP of People and Culture
Salary: $170,00 - $200,000

We are seeking a highly experienced VP of People & Culture to join an amazing SaaS business in the Software Hub of the US
Reporting to the Chief People & Culture officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business's People & Culture function, including executive team coaching, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations, compliance, and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute People & Culture strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
·Lead the talent acquisition process by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
·Manage employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, counseling employees and managers, and resolving conflicts.
·Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employees are meeting or exceeding expectations, and provide coaching and feedback to managers on how to improve employee performance along with their own continuous development.
·Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment and labor, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
·Working with the CPCO, CFO, develop and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary structures, and bonus programs.
·Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, record keeping, and reporting.
·Manage relationships with external partners, including benefits providers, payroll vendors, and legal counsel.
·Monitor industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to HR policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
·At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
·Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
·Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
·Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
